Alejandro E. Aguilar also known as Alex Chester was born in Mexico City. Coming from a muscial background, where his great-grand parents were orchestra conductors, violinists and pianists, up to his father who was dedicated to playing bass. Alex started his musical upbringing at the early age of 9 playing the drums. Then influenced by the early 90's techno scene, he bought his first mixer and began to experiment with his home turntables & tape decks. During the 90's, he began to go to rave parties, which he was astonished by. With all that musical and ideological culture, he started to practice with professional equipment at the age of 14. Alex Chester is now continuing with his musical upbringing at college, both he's composing and producing his own tracks. He has released his tracks on labels such as Reelaux Digital, Disco Soul Records, Detox Recordings and a few more. But in search of a higher creative liberty, he has decided to start with a new line of independent music which does not have to adhere to parameters, trends or specific lines.
